A Cappuccino is a classic Italian coffee drink known for its perfect balance of rich espresso, steamed milk, and airy foam.
1. Brew a single or double shot of espresso (about 30–60 ml) into a pre-heated ceramic cup. 2. Froth cold whole milk using a steam wand. Aim for a "micro-foam" texture—creamy and thick, not just big bubbles. 3. Gently pour the steamed milk over the espresso. Start from a height to let the milk settle under the coffee, then lower the pitcher to let the foam peak at the top. 4. The result should be a dark espresso ring (the 'halo') around a white snowy peak of foam.
